We arrived very early in the morning and the staff were able to find us a room to check in super early and then we were able to have breakfast in the hotel and start our day off properly. The room was very light and airy and the bed was amazing both in comfort and size. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which was a bonus but the underfloor heating made it just that bit extra special as did the addition of a Dyson hairdryer and air purifier. Little touches but my hair appreciated it. The lobby area was excellent with lots of comfy chairs and settees and TV's for everyone to watch. The food was excellent and you could tell that everything was top quality.

We have stayed at The Castleknock on many occassions now. We have always been completely happy with our experience of this hotel. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the staff always very helpful, the restaurant arrangements are good, and breakfast is especially good. Housekeeping is good, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The pool is always a plus. This time we had to leave very early in the morning, and the staff kindly arranged a packed meal to take with us, which proved a godsend. Well done, Castleknock!

The toiletries were fabulous, and the quality of the food in The Vine Restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. But the most outstanding part of the stay was the staff. I have never stayed in a hotel where every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure the guest had what they wanted. It was far beyond my expectation, the level and friendliness of staff was fabulous, the setting, tranquil, even though I was getting treatment in hospital, the retreat back to the hotel was a much needed refuge and took my mind off my worries. Rooms has so many extras e.g Dyson hairdryer, nespresso coffee maker, quality toiletries and quality bedding, your bedroom staff need to be commended for their amazing efforts and attention to detail. I cannot wait to return to try out the spa when I am free from the worry of hospital appointments etc. Thank you all 💕

Room is spacious with all amenities including Nesspresso PRO machine for coffee, bathrobe and slippers provided in room everything was on hand and ready to use, Breakfast was little bit more that I would expected but pleasantly surprised with variation and level of service provided. there is a room service if needed. car park is big enough and there is automated ramp at entrance.

Room was very good, and some rooms have recently been refurbished (I think!). It's very quiet in the rooms. Service for food and FoH is excellent. Beds are fantastic and the location is brilliant with or without a car. Second visit and this time travelled without a car. Coolmine station is 15mins walk from the hotel, for access to Longford/Sligo and the city. The #37 bus takes you to the city. Food is excellent including room service options. Breakfast excellent.

100% recommend. Great Breakfast with lots to choose from. Two double beds in the room, very comfortable. We had lunch on two occasions which was delicious, also plenty to choose from the drinks menu too. Amazing cocktails! Sun cream and sunglasses provided if needed due to the exceptional hot weather. The Spa area had everything we needed, a good sized pool. Very friendly staff and a wonderful hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, spacious, welcoming. Ample parking. Room upgraded on arrival to spacious double with all amenities. Had requested plant milk to the room which was delivered fresh. Breakfast has lots of options but had to wait 15 mins for vegan sausages, rest of everything cold or consumed by then. Unfortunately I'd hoped to get swim in but they were disinfecting and sterilizing as part of their routine but did mean that the pool was closed.
